Is Manychat Approved for use with WhatsApp?

Manychat is an official Meta Business Partner and is fully approved for use by WhatsApp. As an official Meta partner, we only support the use of the platform in ways that are in full compliance with the official Meta guidelines.
Can I use the Calculator without a Manychat account?

While the Calculator can give you an estimate without a Manychat account, it's important to note that Manychat is required to actually send WhatsApp broadcasts. To proceed with your estimated campaign, you'll need an active Manychat account with WhatsApp integration.
I am in a different country than my audience. Which price will I be charged?

The price of your broadcast is determined by the country you are sending the message to. For example, if I am based in the US, but I am sending a broadcast to my WhatsApp audience in Costa Rica, I will pay the Costa Rican rate for WhatsApp messages. If you are broadcasting a message to multiple different countries, you will pay different rates for each country you send it to.
What's the difference between a Marketing Message and a Utility Message?

Marketing Messages are used for promotional offers and campaigns that drive revenue for your business. Utility templates relate to a specific, agreed-upon transaction and accomplish one of the following: Confirm, suspend, or change a transaction or subscription.

Do I have to be verified in order to send WhatsApp Broadcasts?

Nope! Currently Unverified Accounts can send up to 250 Marketing or Utility messages per day.
